Well, you can, but do it at your own risk. Sometimes people believe that there are NO signs that indicate a potentially lethal relationship. Wrong! I decided to share small clues that could help determine when a woman should run....quickly!
10. BIG FEET LOVER
EXPLANATION: Honestly, I only named it this, because these are the men who only date specific types of girls...i.e. blonds, short, skinny, fat...whatever. We all have characteristics that attract us more. However.....
BOTTOM LINE: Never date a guy who only dates a certain type. Initial attraction is fine and necessary for any relationship. But, if he only likes skinny women...what would happen if you gained a few extra pounds? And heaven forbid, if you changed your hair color!
SIDE NOTE: Don't let him fool you....At the end of the day...a hot chick is just a hot chick....Most men will throw their type out the window....if he really cares about you.
9. OOGLE BOOGLE
EXPLANATION: It is 100% natural and normal for your man to look at other attractive women. Whether it is a painting, scenery or another person, humans enjoy admiring beauty. Looking is not a sign that a person is cheating nor does it mean he is going to leave you for the woman that he happened to take a glance at. A relationship should be built on trust, and their should be no reason a person within the relationship should feel insecure when their partner happens to spot another beauty.
However, there is a point where it can become very disrespectful. If you are with a man that seems to be starring at every single woman that walks by for 10 minutes at a time...well....I personally think that is a bit too much. Usually, if he is doing that much shopping around...he is probably doing more than just looking.
BOTTOM LINE: Looking is not bad. It is the triple looks that may signal something a bit more.
8. LEAKY POCKET
EXPLANATION: I completely understand that the economy is bad, but I do not believe that a man should have his woman paying for everything. If the guy cares about you enough, he should be nice enough to not make his lady pay.....every...single...time.....
BOTTOM LINE: He is a cheapskate and will continue doing this even after you decide to marry him. These type of men are generally not self-sufficient and will probably become lazy husbands who will not help take care of their family. They are usually always between or looking for a job. If you guys are both broke....there are plenty of free romantic things to do. Look it up.
7. MAMA MEAN
EXPLANATION: The way a man treats his mother is a great predictor of how he will treat you. Generally a man who disrespects his mother, has a lack of respect for women....period.
BOTTOM LINE: Run...
6. DOES EVERYTHING HIS MAMA SAYS
EXPLANATION: This is not contradicting number 7. You want your man to respect his mother....NOT do everything she says.
BOTTOM LINE: He is a mama's boy and his mother will probably be in the middle of your relationship....too much. A man should always put his wife first, and a good mother would never force her son to choose.
5. HE HAS A REALLY NICE CAR!!! AND ALWAYS NICE CLOTHES!!!!
EXPLANATION: We always want our men to look good...but come on?? If a guy is spending all of his money on his car, not only is he financially stupid (the value of a car depreciates right after you drive it off the lot), but he is probably super conceited.
BOTTOM LINE: He is financially stupid and you may as well forget him ever buying anything special for you.
4. TALKS BAD ABOUT HIS EX...
EXPLANATION: They are an ex for a reason, but is it really necessary for your man to continue to call her names like, slut, ho, whore?....Sorry for being so vulgar, but you get the point.
BOTTOM LINE: NO. There is not. This is another clear sign that he does not respect women and..... DO NOT THINK THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY THAN THE LAST. IF HE TREATED ALL OF HIS PREVIOUS GIRLFRIENDS LIKE TRASH, HE WILL DO IT TO YOU. IF HE CHEATED WITH YOU...HE WILL CHEAT ON YOU.
3. SAYS I LOVE YOU.....
EXPLANATION: Too soon. It is great when a person finally tells you how they feel about you...but within 24hrs???? Please.....
BOTTOM LINE: He is trying to get into your pants.....sorry. GUYS USE LOVE FOR SEX, WOMEN USE SEX FOR LOVE.....General rule....but it does not apply to everyone. There are wonderful men and bad women.
2. THE SCHEDULER
EXPLANATION: This is the guy who only calls at a specific time. Normally, you can not reach him during the day, and you always have to schedule to meet up.
BOTTOM LINE: Beware, a guy like this, may have another chick on the side...or wife. Chances are, he is probably spending time with his main squeeze in the day time and using you as his late night booty call....sorry, no other way to put it. Either follow him to find out what is keeping him so preoccupied, or move on (my suggestion).
1. HE REFUSES TO GIVE YOU HIS LAST BITE TO EAT
EXPLANATION: We all know that the way to a man's heart is his stomach. Generally when they are eating their favorite meal, their head just disappears into their plate.
BOTTOM LINE: Ask him to give you his last bite of his favorite meal....if he does this, either he has read this blog....or he really really really loves you.
