Everyday Head-to-Toe strategies for Better Health

Everyday Head-to-Toe Strategies for Better Health Looking after your health, as you doubtless know, is crucial. But your busy schedule may not leave you as much time as you’d like to give yourself the care you need and deserve. Fortunately, you don’t truly need long stretches of free time to look after yourself — you can do it in short, powerful bursts, whilst you follow your everyday routine. Today, Redefining The Face  Of Beauty shares some great head-to-toe health strategies that will help you maintain your health and well-being. 1.  Set Positive Intentions for the Day When you wake up, a good habit to pick up is to set positive intentions for what you’d like the  rest of your day to be like. See yourself doing the things you want to when you want to. This is a  great way to get focused and allows you to set and power through your goals. 2. HOW TO GET YOUR DREAMS BACK ON TRACK?

Whether we realize it or not, each of us from the time we were born had a deep desire in our hearts to do something or to change the world. As time goes on, many of us have let go of those dreams and try to appease ourselves by saying things like "It wasn't meant to be," or "Maybe next year will be different." This is not about a dream when you take a nap, rather it is about the very thing each of us were born with inside that keeps us going. It is more than a wish...it is who you are.  The essence of your very being.

The first question most people would like to know is, how do I know what I am suppose to do with my life. The answer to this question is extremely easy. If you are born to do something, you feel an automatic peace and happiness when you think about achieving it. There should be no confusion. Frustration yes, but confusion no. Also, when you are trying to seek out what to do in this life, walk away from the very thing that your heart tells you what to do and you will find that all you do is think about the dream you just left behind.

HOW DO YOU RESTORE YOUR DREAMS?
  • Acknowledge that you somehow got off track and that is okay.
  • Think positive.
  • Surround yourself with people who are positive about who you are, not what you do.
  • Do not be hard on yourself.
  • Children make it harder, NOT impossible.
"With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God (Mark 10:27)."
  1. Help others (karma)
  2. Recognize that anything worth while does not happen overnight, it takes time.
  3. Understand that you are not behind in life and you are Never too old to get started on your purpose.
  4. DO NOT COMPARE!
    • It is very easy to fall prey to trying to live another person's life when you start to compare your own personal journey. This is never a great method. Some people do achieve many things out of competition, but that does not mean that they do not go to bed with a heavy heart. Keep your eyes on YOUR prize.
  5. Understand that if you are still alive, so is your purpose.
  6. KEEP YOUR DREAMS TO YOURSELF!
The last one sounds odd to most people because we are taught to tell the world our dreams and go for it. Unfortunately, if you follow this method, you may run into some problems. Many people in this life have given up on their dreams so without even thinking about it, if you run around and tell everyone what you want to do, do not expect a genuine thumbs up. This is not because everyone is cruel, it is simply because those people who have given up on their dreams will nonchalantly try to get you to give up on yours.

This is the best tip in getting back on track to your dreams. Of course there is planning and getting started, but the number one way to get your life on track is to keep you dreams close to your heart.

"Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life (Proverbs 4:23)
