WHY YOU MAY NEVER TOUCH A BLACK GIRLS HAIR!

EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Apparently many Caucasian women enjoy this??? Well......
If you do not know this by now, let me tell you enlighten you....NEVER EVER TOUCH A BLACK WOMAN'S HAIR....EVER! This is common knowledge among the black community but not understood by many non blacks. Below, I have listed some brief facts about black hair and why you may NEVER TOUCH IT!

10. A LOT OF EFFORT IS MADE IN CREATING HAIRSTYLES.
EXPLANATION: The average black woman will usually go to their hairstylist once every other week. Others more, and this is not cheap. Therefore, black women do not want anyone to touch it. Their hairstyle has to remain in tact until the next time she sees her hairstylist.

9. FELLOWS, DURING INTIMATE MOMENTS...YOU STILL MAY NOT TOUCH HER HAIR!
EXPLANATION:

It took too much work and effort to get that hair just the way she wanted it. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE IN MESSING IT UP ! That will ruin ANY chance of intimacy.

8. A PERM FOR A BLACK WOMAN MEANS STRAIGHT, NOT CURLY.

EXPLANATION:

Caucasian women will generally get a perm if they desire curly hair. This is not the same for black women. A perm for a black woman means going from curly to straight.

Not every black woman uses chemicals to straighten their hair. They may straighten it with a flat iron, hot comb or use the keratin treatment. And some women have chosen to wear their hair natural.

7. A BLACK WOMANS' HAIR IS HER PRIDE.
EXPLANATION:

Hair is a deep form of expression for a black woman. It may seem silly for other people, but this is a part of the culture. Different cultures often have various outside qualities that they consider valuable and unique.

6. BLACK WOMEN NORMALLY ONLY GO TO BLACK HAIRSTYLIST...

EXPLANATION:

Why? Generally the hair texture is extremely different from other ethnicity's. It is a natural assumption that Non Blacks do not know enough about black hair. And since hair symbolizes pride, black women will always go with a hairstylist who specifically knows what they are doing...usually to their common knowledge black.

5. LACK OF TRUST WITH OTHER ETHNICITY'S CONCERNING BLACK WOMEN'S HAIR.

EXPLANATION:

As I mentioned before, regardless of how well trained a person is, black women will typically NEVER go to a hairstylist of a different ethnicity, maybe Dominican. (Refer back to number 6 for additional information).

4. IT CAN BE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

EXPLANATION:
OH NO!!! IT IS GOING TO RAIN!!
All of those lovely hairstyles you see cost money (unless someone is gracious enough to have a talented family member). As I have explained in my previous statement, most black women go to their hairstyle once every other week. Some (NOT ALL) black women wear extensions, which can be very expensive. If you spend a lot of money on something, naturally you are going to want to protect it.

SIDE NOTE: Hair is the second bill that must be paid, mortgage being first. IF THERE IS ANY HINT OF RAIN, YOU WILL NEVER SEE A PERSON RUN FASTER THAN A BLACK WOMAN. Hair must be wrapped every night, to preserve the hairstyle. Yes, it is that serious folks!

3. AVERAGE BLACK WOMAN WASHES HER HAIR ONCE EVERY ONE OR TWO WEEKS.

Of course there are some black women who wash more or less. Depending on the hairstyle, texture or how many chemicals, if any, she may have in her hair. Caucasian women typically wash their hair everyday (or more often than blacks) to prevent their hair from becoming oily or greasy.Black women typically do not need to wash their hair as often because the hair may become brittle. A dry scalp is never a good thing and this can slow hair growth or break off the hair, causing it to be significantly shorter than what it should be. Not to mention washing would mean hairstyles would have to be redone....everyday.

I often see some Caucasian women who have children with black hair texture, and it usually looks very unhealthy and dry. Why? Because other cultures do not seem to grasp that it is not healthy to wash black hair everyday. Most Caucasians will see this practice as dirty, but it is not. The texture is generally very different and needs to be cared for in a different manner. Because there are many black women who diligently go to their hairstylist, it is not uncommon to never find a bottle of shampoo within a black woman's bathroom

2. IT CAN BE SEEN AS A RACIST GESTURE.

If a non black individual comes up and touches a black woman's hair it is much more offensive. Why? Because many black women feel that other ethnicity's treat their hair as if it were a petting zoo, especially if the woman is wearing her hair natural. During slavery, blacks were always treated as community property. Many non black individuals will come up at random and touch a black woman's hair as though they have the right to. This can be seen as very offensive. And if I were you...I would never ask, because the answer will still remain "NO." Just remain curious and DO NOT TOUCH!

1. IT MAY BE HARMFUL FOR YOU.....PHYSICALLY.

I do not condone violence at all, but there is no faster way to start a fight with a black girl then touching her hair. So for the sake of non violence...NEVER NEVER NEVER TOUCH A BLACK WOMAN'S HAIR......

AND....pouring water on her hair.....WOW!!!! Takes guts....

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO VIEW YOUTUBE. A GREAT EXAMPLE!

Author's Note: All black hair is not the same. There are different textures that may require various hair maintenance depending on the individual, however, even if you were lucky enough to run into one black woman who unwillingly allowed you to touch her hair....this rule never changes......Be courteous....NEVER TOUCH A BLACK WOMAN'S HAIR!!!

Please forward to your girlfriend because you really did not mean to touch her hair....
