The Rectangular shaped body has the least amount of curves out of all of the body shapes. Your body may take on a more athletic and boxy look. This body type is generally straight up and down.  A Rectangle shape  figure, is well known in the modeling industry. There are several ways to give your body a fabulous figure with this body type. If you have a rectangle shaped body, focus on emphasizing your bust and your waist. This will give you more of the an illusion of having balanced curves.
 
When gaining weight, Rectangular shaped women, can run into problems. They may have the appearance of being heavier than what they are, due to the areas where the weight settles. Ultimately, if your weight is carried in a unusual fashion, this can give you the false appearance of being shorter. The greatest thing about having this particular shape is that you can choose a wide variety of skirts and pants to wear! Your shoulders and legs are generally your best features.
