Ways to instantly shape your body! PART ONE:
APPLESHAPE
No one has the perfect body. It does not matter who you are or what shape you desire, a perfect body does not exist. Many times we see perfection in another person that does not exist, simply because we feel like we do not have it.
Surgery is expensive and dangerous. Anytime there is anesthesia involved, there is a potential for premature death. In extreme cases, this may be necessary, however, you will be delighted to know that most of the "physical" imperfections we see in ourselves, are exaggerated from a personal stand point. At some point in our lives, things start to take a downward spiral, even for people as young as 20. But, just because you start to sag, does not mean your entire body has to.
It is also very important to remember to dress for YOU! The latest fashions can be very nice, but if it does not look great on you, I would highly suggest not wearing it. Just because something was made in 2012, does not mean you should buy it.
FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO SHAPE
Genetics
Having a baby
How often you exercise
Diet
Age
Regardless of where you are now, there is hope! How you dress and look to yourself can make a huge impact on self-esteem. If you feel good about your self as a person, you will not only be happier, but more productive throughout life. While beauty is only skin deep, the harsh reality is that we all want to feel nice about ourselves once in a while. You should never be afraid to feel beautiful. In our society, we have been taught to NEVER compliment ourselves on our appearance. If we do, then you are "conceited" or full of yourself. This is NOT true. Do not wait around for someone else to call you beautiful, start telling yourself that. If you do not love yourself, skin included, no one else will truly love you either.
There is a level where it can be perceived to others as conceited if you start comparing yourself to others and trying to make them feel unworthy by belittling people.
"I am much prettier than her!"
"Well, she may be a size 6, but I am a size 4!"
Any person who deliberately tries to tear someone else down is usually EXTREMELY insecure about their own appearance. A beautiful person does beautiful things AND people will recognize their beauty immediately. If you find yourself constantly talking about how wonderful you are, I would have to ask....
Who are you trying to convince?
And if you happen to be around a person who thinks they are the absolute diamond of the Universe, it will surprise you to let you know, that their self-esteem is probably very low. Always compliment yourself WITHOUT comparing! Let the world know that you are beautiful, WITHOUT COMPARING! When you walk into a room and believe that you are a complete prize (inside and out), everyone will notice the confidence in you.
The following is a quick guide to help you recognize your shape and how to work it the way it is!
"Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised (Proverbs 31:30)."
SIDE NOTE: Skinny people can also benefit from most of the items included below. Many people are under the false impression that a skinny person has the "perfect" physique and does not need any help. Someone lied to you...

Try not to wear anything that will enhance the your mid- section, this includes wearing horizontal stripes. Horizontal stripes has the tendency to give the illusion that everything is bigger.
Stay away from extreme details, such as flowery tops.
If you are trying to slim down your mid-section, try wearing a thick belt to accenuate your waist line.
Emphasize your legs or bust line. This is not suggesting to show all of your goodies, however, when we are trying to take the attention off of another place in our body, we have to choose another portion to draw more attention.
DO NOT wear shoulder pads. A person with an apple shape, generally already has broad shoulders.
Stay away from bulky clothing. People who have a thicker middle have tendencies to choose clothing that are baggy because they are trying to hide their mid-section. Unfortunately, this has the opposite effect.
Belts are a must!
Flowy shirts are wonderful and a simple necklace can easily dress up any V-neck outfit!
